Your options when it comes to refunds, credits, and discounts

The customer has a 14 days from validation of payment to exercise the right of withdrawal.

Returns

Kreyolida accepts the following returns:

• Returned within 30 days of shipment date original in the same condition as new will be eligible.
• Returned items must have been properly returned through the customer account.
• Items must be returned in their original condition. original condition and complete (labels, accessories, undamaged and damaged, unworn or soiled) allowing re-marketing in new condition.
• For reasons of hygiene, Kreyolida does not accept no return of perishable goods

Refund
