Costs and delivery times

The costs and delivery times associated with sending a package to Guadeloupe, France, and internationally  include preparation and packaging costs as well as shipping costs. Delivery costs are indicated in the basket and on the order summary. You can estimate the delivery costs of an order directly in the basket.

Orders validated before 1 p.m. are shipped the same day.

Purchases are delivered in a box taped securely, and a special attention is paid to fragile items. Box sizes are correct and your items are properly protected.   We recommend that you consolidate all of your items into one order. We cannot combine two orders placed separately and shipping costs apply to each of them.

Standard delivery

You receive your packages in 1 to 7 working days for shipments to the West Indies and France. For the rest of the world, it takes between 11 to 30 working days.

Standard delivery is available with tracking and your packages are delivered to a letterbox or hand delivered with signature.

Premium delivery

You receive your package within 1 working day until 10 p.m. for shipments in Guadeloupe, and 2 to 3 working days for other destinations. If placed before 1 p.m., orders are delivered the same day.

Premium delivery is available for most items on the Kreyolida online store.
